I think as long as there the same time period for the armies, say pre or post 1812 because of the major changes in uniforms and all sides, and then to concentrate on that period, anything would be snapper up. In the earlier figures by K&C they were pre 1812, but all on the recent ones have been after that, in particular Waterloo so can't really be matched on one battlefield.
Yes, the addition of the other European combatants will be most welcome, but remember some of them changes sides mid way in the conflict.
A wealth of figures could be made, but not in my lifetime, it would take much longer I think

Understood it's quite a list and totally unrealistic truth be told, but it speaks to a bigger point; the Napoleonic War lasted about 15 years and involved almost every nation in Europe, ie, it was much more expansive than just Waterloo, or more to the point, French and British.
It would be like if a manufacturer had a range called WWII and all they produced were American and German infantry circa 1944; sure D-Day/Normandy were important, but there were also early war Polish, British, French and Germans, plus DAK and 8th Army, Pacific Theatre Marines, Japanese, Chindits, late War German infantry/SS, Russians, British, British Airborne, US Airborne, Battle of the Bulge/Winter German, British and US troops, early and late war German Airborne...…………………….WWII is much more than D-Day/Normandy, the Napoleonic War was much more than Waterloo.
And as you pointed out what would be great with French allies is they would side with the French from 1809 through 1812, then with the allies for the 1813 and 1814 campaigns.
Napoleon fought a brilliant campaign in France in 1814 outnumbered roughly 500,000 to 70,000, he had to send troops to guard the border with the Swiss and also to the south of France to deal with the British/Wellington...…………...the allies got to the point where they were sidestepping the French army as they did not want to further engage them, the French gave up only when basically Napoleons marshals no longer wanted to fight, numerous important and bloody battles involving the Russians, Prussians, Austrians and their allies...………………….and look at Andy's Russians; sure, perhaps they did not sell well for him initially, but look at the secondary market prices, they are in high demand.
I have about 10,000 20mm Napoleonics in my collection; French, Russian, Prussian, Austrian, Bavarian, Saxon, Wurttemberg, Baden, Polish, Westphalian, British, Brunswick, Dutch/Belgian, Nassau, Hanovarian, Spanish and Portuguese, I can refight every major battle from 1809 onwards with my collection if I chose to.
Again, my list is totally unrealistic, but it speaks to the possibilities is all...…………………….
