Hi all,

i have always found it very difficult to identify my fav ww2 set.
wonder if you guys are facing the same issue?
Anyways i asked myself the following questions, it took awhile to get the answers.

if i am only allowed to collect a single series, it will be...?
LAH
Cos its a **** grand set to display (from a pure aesthetic point of view)

if only allowed one set, it will be...?
AK046(SL) Rommel's Desert Hooch
It is very dynamic, figures and their poses provides alot of character.
to top it off, the hooch is v well done.

so whats your's and reason?
please share :)

my favorite series by far is battle of bulge series but now that i have gotten into collecting d-day i'm not so sure ha!!! i couldn't pick one favorite i just love so many of them......sammy

Well I don't collect any of them but if I did it would be Market Garden. I have always be awe struck by the bravery and sacrifice of the paratroopers in that battle. Also it would give me the chance to re-write history and make the plan better.;):D

Oiginal Arnhem 44 series - AN02 Fighting Withdrawal:D:eek::cool:

New MG sets - MG10 Radio Opertor:eek:and MG11 Lieutenant with Sten Gun:D:cool:

Battle of the Bulge - BBA 13 Jes "Make Sure He's Dead":D:cool:BBA14 Mine Laying Surpise;)BBA25 Moving up the Line:cool:

I like the Battle of the Bulge series slightly better than the DDay American series. The BoB line has nicely sculpted figures and Andy has used his artist's eye to make them look cold.

Right now I'm having a great time trying to finish up the

Original Arnhem Series! To me this is the sheer joy of collecting!

Hunting down leads, checking Ebay, having a grand old time building up

my pieces. I've got 10 sets left that need a figure or two so each time one

is found its special.

Nothing quite as exciting as receiving a missing piece for your collection in

the mail!

Heres the latest new arrivals escaping from the German!

I also grabbed one figure from AN012 both were in beautiful condition and

were immediately pressed into service!

I like both of those figures in your photo. They look really nice in your layout.

At the OTSN show there was an old friend of Andy's looking to sell the resin prototype for the Arnhem Ambulance Jeep with a master painted crew.

I must say that my favorite set is the original winter german 88, my favorite vehicle is the t-34/85, i like the austrailians and one of my favorite figures is the berlin figure firing the panzerfaust. As for a range the bob is first although the alamo series is interesting

Personaly for me it would have to be AK13 MG42 set for the Afrika Korps AKA FJ.

fav ww2 serie arnhem
fav set . EA 29 Crusader Tank /AK 46 s Rommels Desert Horch
BBA 25 Moving Up the Line / BBG 16 King Tiger / DD 59 Bren Gun Carrier
FOB 31 French 75 Gun /FOB 39 Blitzkrieg Panzer IV/ MG 1 Reece Jeep
WS 121 Sd.kfz.250/1/AN 13 vickers team .;)

Favorite series is Waffen SS in Normandy. Favorite sets include "Reach for the sky", and the Meyer halftrack. I think the best piece I have is the gray Stug. III from the FOB. Could change when I get the new Lehr halftrack or when the Kingtiger comes out. -- lancer

my favorites series is the Africa Korps and 8th army. My favorite set is Ak039 SL Tunisan Tiger

My favorite series has to be the Battle OF the Bulge. Jeez well there just to many sets, I like them all I really dont have a favorite seems funny rite.

My favorite series is LAH, but the SL Tunisian Tiger is my favorite piece.

My favorite series would be LAH

Favorite single piece would be DD souvenir hunters. I think it is perfect with the soldiers drinking and holding up the flag after the battle.

Who made the diorama of the SS headquarters?

I don't think there is a WWII range that I don't like but if I had to pick a favourite it would be the Battle of the Bulge, with the Winter Hummel as my fav set.
