You know me guys i love to hear your views on K&C and collecting of it, so i'm just wondering what your next strategic move will be?. I will be ringing Sir Tony Neville at the end of this month and ordering one of four things. My choice will be made from 1)Crusader Tank, 2)Grey Kubelwagen, 3)SAS Jeep, 4)Cromwell Tank.

So guys, whats next on your list?.

Rob

Well im awaiting the rest of my D-Day sets to arrive & the Hurricane but after that i think ill be picking up the AK50 Panzer III & some Waffen SS sets prob WS 76,78,110,111 & 112.

Craig.

After the hurricane i will be ordering some winter sets the new bulge stuff is excellent:D:D

The Hurricane, And the rest will more than likely be a wishlist for Christmas,: WS131 pakwagen, BBG021 jagdpanzer, Cromwell DD116 and in that order of preference.

My next buy will be the M26,limited edition and another choice from R35 set,Winter Schwimwagen, the new Panzer III and the 8th Army Crusader III.Have preordered most of the RAF and all the new German Bulge figures ,so October is already done.I really hate this hobby.

I have ordered the Hurricane and the neat German radio truck. I'm also still hunting for a few of the 1st Arnhem Series figures.:)

Since I almost always pre-order, my next purchase is the next item to show up in the mail. I must be too compulsive to wait till I am ready to buy to order. And recently there have been quite a few.

Terry

I just pre-ordered the Hurricane, radio truck, and RAF ground crew. My next purchases will be the Jagdpanzer, a couple of the new BBG Germans, maybe the running pilot from the RAF series, and one of the wounded Confederate cavalry sets. I had started a group of the cavalry until the new WWII stuff came out, so now I am doing both and watching my wife's eyes bulge at the cost (the real battle of the bulge).

I am looking forward to the BB Winter German radio truck and winter germans with long coats......also AK panzer shoud be good......Hopefully they will not be sold out due to a 100 item limited-release policy....

Cromwell tank is a must for Arnhem and 3rd inf figures mate!:D

Civil War wounded confederates, tent & Lee's belongings for me. But, that might be a few months away as I recover from the Figarti onslaught.

I'm getting:

1) Jagdpanzer IV (will look great next to the Hummel).

2) Funkkraftwagen (radio truck)

3) Panzer III (A/Korps)

4) Possibly the Semovente  But would disguise it as an A/Korps vehicle rather than Italian.

5) Considered the Hurricane but my German Rocket/Jet base display requires a lot of display space and I'm saving my only table top for a Beersheba Display.

Amen to that brother!!!!

Lately I have been picking away at older and sometimes retired pieces. I think the newer releases are great and one day in the future I'll get many of them but that day isn't today. The K&C dispatches that list retirements will dictate my next purchase. I mainly collect Commonwealth from Arnhem, D-Day and FOB, Napoleonics and Crusaders and occasionally something from a different era that peaks my interest. The uncertainty of what will be retired and therefore what I might pick up is half the fun for me right now.
Obviously this buying strategy does not work well when models are ridiculously limited to the point of feeding frenzies and instant sellouts! Thank goodness K&C doesn't pursue that marketing strategy.

Cheers
CFM :)

Being a bit short of space at this time, there is no way I can fit in and Armour (I don't collect WW2) or Cavalry (horses need 'mucking' out) so I'm sticking to some of The Emporer's Imperial Grenadier Guardsmen to add to my collection.

I've got a few of Napoleon's Elite in saute pose (NA 62 & 63) on thier way, as well as couple of 'Jocks' (NA 36, 37 & 38) heading 'down under to swell the ranks.

“Vive Le Empereur!”
