Will the AK version of WS094 ever be released? It was shown on the web at the Paris Show?

I don't know, but its all over the K&C website and on the boxes for the new Opal Blitz trucks. It would be a nice addition to the AK line. I would buy one.

Long Trench Coats for the AK line? Was that really their uniform - I know it gets cold in the desert at night - but trench coats? Anyway - I would welcome some individual figures to collect in the AK Series - helps the "Defense Budget" greatly as we fight several fronts on the "War of Collection"

The coast of North Africa in the winter is not as one would assume, dry and hot. It is cold, damp and windy. I can attest to that fact having been in Egypt in November and Morroco in January. The great coat would have been very needed.

You are right Michael - it gets very cold in the North African desert when the sun goes down. The Germans issued the Brown wool greatcoat to some of the AK troops - today it is a very rare piece of militaria!
