Where could i find a good display case? (2 Viewers)

Hi guys, i'm having a problem, i need to find a display case where i could place my figures. I now have too many. Any of you know where i could find some, with lots of glass for not too much money?

If you find one and say that its too big then thats the one you need. :)

I have the perfect case for you! Try Ikea. They have one about 16x16 Five feet tall and glass on All 4 sides. The best thing is the price $59.00 It is not adjustable(what do you want for $59.00) but there is a hole predrilled at the top for a small light. It has 3 glass shelves and the bottom of course. At that price you could get as manny as you need.

yes i know, here they are 75$ canadian , i have 5 of them lolll Indeed the only thing i hate is the fact that they aren't ajustable. If the shelves were closer maybe they would have been able to add an extra one which would have been perfect.

But indeed they are great for the price, i would have put 2 more shelves, but hey i don't work for IKEA! :)

Although the traditional ones are expensive, more if they ship to Canada, the acrylic ones look interesting. For example, some have titled shelves which would be good for displaying boxed sets that have the figures tied-in.
 
I like those curios, but the problem I find with curio cabinets is that they don't have enough shelves. I'd like to see some with lots of shelves, about 6 inches apart. I have been using wall hung acrylic case that are usually made to display die cast cars. They are available in all kinds of sizes and configurations. This is where I have been getting mine.

Thanks for this. The ones with no dividers and larger depth look useful, especially for the price. Which size do you find appropriate?

Have you ever heard of any problems of storing lead figures in acrylic cases for long periods? Do the ones you have allow air flow - I'm concerned about avoiding lead rot. Also, are the wall attachments sturdy?
 
I have never heard or had any problems with acrylic interacting with metals. The cases I use are not 100% airtight They attach from the back with two screw holes. Mount to studs if possible, but I have a whole wall of them so it was impossible to mount them all in studs. I used wall anchors for sheet rock. Plus I added a piece of aluminum angle along the whole bottom. The metal angle is screwed into the studs. It also helps align all of the cases so they are straight. I have some heavy pieces in mine and haven't had any problems.
