Before there were two websites (Wbritain USA and Wbritain UK) and the prices was in USD and pounds, but now is only Wbritain Usa and the prices are in usd.
The problem is that if i order it from USA i must pay import tax (23%) at the arival so every figure is for 23% expensive plus shipping, the waiting,....but if i order it somewhere in Europe let say Uk for example i do not pay no tax, because in EU there is no tax....
So, if i see on wbritain website figures that are not even out yet (august delivery, coming soon,...etc) where can i order that figures in EUROPE?

where others from Europe buying your figures?

Because there are some limited sets and i do not wish to wait to long, i wish to order it now (pre-order) i just do not wannt to order it from USa because of the 23% import tax,...so what should i do?

no one know or is it a TOP SECRET?
There is a lot of collectors from Europe, so where do you buy your figures? Do you buy it from USA (and pay import 23% tax) or where do you buy it?
How to pre-order some sets if you do not wish to buy it from Usa before they SOLD OUT?

There are several reliable dealers in Britain who stock W Britain's figures.
An internet search should show you the main ones.
Here is just one shop and you will see they do pre-orders -

Thank you for the website, but it is the same price.....

for example:

-set 23100 - "Going Through the Wire" - German Wire Cutting Party cost 76 usd if i order it from Usa, this is 70 euro + 23% (16 euro) will cost me 86 euro IF i am lucky, because idiots in my country custom offic ethey also charge the price with shipping so if the shipping is 14 euro, they will charge me 84 euro + 23% will be total 103 euro for this set.

-but in your website this set is cost 63 punds (which is 89 euro) + shipping lets say 14 euro is also 103 euro.

Why, can we order it for 76 usd and that is it!??? Ok, shipping of course, but no tax, or bigger price, because why pay 63 pounds if it is cost 76 usd....

Easy :
because the UK importer pays the taxes and the transport from US to UK, and include it in the UK selling price before taking his normal margin

or go and visit UK shops like :

Hi Guys,

This is the place to go http://www.saimextoys.it/

Please though, tell my friend Stefano that Malcolm from Empire sent you and maybe, just ask him for some of my figures too {sm4}

He is a great guy and a good dealer. Hope this helps?

Malcolm. :salute::

See what I just did? As a manufacturer, I helped my competition to win some business, how rare and gentlemanly am I ? {sm4}

You can also try Magpie of Evesham in the UK. Magpie Manchester House Collectables.

Oh .. sorry ... I forgot
In EU we have a tax, that is VAT, so +/- 21% in the selling price of the EU disributor

In US delivering in US they are also local taxes variing from state to state So if you are lucky to enter in a US shop you will see in his window
selling price :76$ (prices in such shop are always taxes no included ) so add 8 to 15% depending of the location

In EU the selling price include always VAT

Hi,
I would also like to recommend "Magpies" as I have never had a problem dealing with them over several years.

VAT should be removed by the seller if mailing the figures out of the UK.

CORECT!

In EU (European Union) is no VAT (or tax) if we are buying inside the EU....so why should i pay VAT (or tax) if i buy from UK (or any other EU member state)?

That is the whole point!

I am looking for an EU trader so i can pay only the figure at their price, no vat (or tax) included....for example if i buy the used figure from Ebay from EU member i will pay only the asking price, but if i buy the same figure from the rest of the world i will also pay 23% vat (or tax) (we have 23 not 21 in my country,...) on the top of the asking price.....

This 23% really bugs me, because it made figures more expensives for 23 percent and no one get this money (only the state!) so the company who made this figures, they will not get this 23%, the lazy country who do nothing exept collecting taxes from an ordinary people get bigger salary.

Only if the Country is not part of the EU

https://www.gov.uk/vat-exports-dispatches-and-supplying-goods-abroad

VAT is chargeable within the EU

Cheers

Martyn:)

we do not understand each other....of course VAT is chargeable when you buy new items, i pay vat in my country EVERY DAY when i buy items in any local store, when i go to drink, eat, when i go put gas in my car,......everyone always pay VAT....

but i am trying to explain something else:

-if i buy (lets say from EBAY) items on auction and if i buy it from the seller who is from the country that it is an member of EU and when i will receive their package i will have no problems, with the TAX (or custom) OFFICE from my country.
But if i buy the same item from someone who is not an member of EU, i will not get my package first,...the Custom Office will hold on to my package, than they will send to me a note that i should show them when and where i buy this item and how much i pay for it and THAN they will charge me:

-23% tax (or vat if you wish) of the total price (including shipping!)
-the bastards will also charge me shipping from thir adres to me (no matter that the shipping was already pay!!!), they will also charge me that they were sending to me this note/letter and some other stuff with small amount which adds another (around 5 euro) to the total price

This is something i try to explain....If i buy it from someone who is inner EU, there are no problems and i will get my package in 7 days (or even faster), no CUSTOM OFFICE will hold on to m ypackage or anything lik ethat. I will get my package strain on to my adres.
But if i order it from outside the EU, than i will wait and wait and they will open my package, maybe they will broke something, i will need to explain where and when and why i buy this and than wait for them to decide how much will they charge me (it never match the real price, because they always charge something different, how ever it is ok to them....) and than AFTER i pay to them (or the postman when h edeliver the package) i will get my package probably in bad shape,.....

THIS IS WHAT IT IS KILLING THE ECONOMY!!!!

there should be no double standards!
