I just bought this figure in Chicago. He's stamped Tradition on the bottom, but i cannot find him on their website. Any ideas what this might be?

Not sure what set it came from but that depicts the Lord Mayor of Rothenburg ob der Taube who on a bet drAnk the entire stein of beer to keep the city from being sacked during the 30 years war by General Tilli. I have the same figure from Elastolin.
