This set came in a collection on Consignment, and consignee's son has no clue on them!
Any ideas on who these guys are and the maker?

I cannot make out the letters on the bottom of the base, they are very faint! And all 3 figures have the same symbol/mark as this one shown.

Thank you in advance for any info!

The engraved/incised letters look Cyrillic (of course). That mark looks like "С-ЕУС" or "S-eus"; I can't make out the second letter. The painted letters are "PO". But I'm not as familiar with the Russian markings. I'm sure the specialists here will have better info, and hopefully my post helps in some way.

Prost!

Thanks Brad! I think it's CREYC, but I have to shine at an angle in a certain light and that's even just a guess.
Any thoughts on who they represent? I haven't been able to match the uniforms up to anyone either.

That are Cossack uniforms around 1900, the figurine on the right side is the emporer Tsar Nicolaus I guess

In the middle it is a bugglar of the Tsar regiment

... of the Tsar regiment...

I wondered if they depict cossacks of the Tsar's Konvoi, the escort regiment, though in the photo, their kaftans look more orange than red. I hadn't thought about the figure on the right being Nicholas himself, but yes, I can see it, especially with the order sash.

Prost!

Based on thise letters I would guess the Sineus studio - the studio sold painted and unpainted figures.
