Did you talk to your countryman Howard. He has one. I think I posted some photos for him a couple of months back. He swears by it. Loves it. Of course, what's not to love?

Wayne mate,
I have one of the six "G" for George Lancasters produced. It is a masterpiece and until you see and hold it in the flesh you cannot appreciate the quality. I purchased this piece after my annual pilgrimage to the Australian War Memorial last year. This time accompanied by Andy, Helen, Brett, Matt (Oz Digger) and John (Obee) we stood once again in awe of the real one masterfully restored in the Memorial. I did um and are about the price for about a month afterwards but after talks with good friends Brad and Louis decided it just had to be in my collection. Hope to catch up with you in Brisbane in June when Andy and Helen visit again. Cheers Howard

I know these bloody things are expensive, and not just the Lancaster, but as Howard says until you hold one you just cannot appreciate these planes.
