The rider is fixed in the seat. Ive never measured it for scale but it looks OK for scale.

In order to set your mind at rest, I just scaled the CS and K&C models. The catch is not having certifiable measurements of the actual Kettenkrad. But if the 118" length vs 39" width is correct:

The K&C Kettenkrad would be 1/26 scale and the CS model would be 1:24 scale. While I don't have great confidence in the absolute scale calculations, the comparative scales are clear. The CS model is noticeably bigger than the K&C model when side by side..
