Today when I saw that the "Who Really Killed JFK" thread had been revived (and I don't know why these didn't occur to me earlier), I was reminded of the Cock Robin nursery rhyme.

Hi all - with folks joining the forum all of the time (like me recently) there are BOUND to be threads that repeat themselves eventually - but I for one, don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. It is often refreshing to see, perhaps, other points of view expressed on topics seen before - and with all such old chestnuts - new theories and ideas are constantly being unearthed and explored. Over on this side of the pond - we have the Princess Diana Conspiracy Brigade - constantly popping up in the press and elsewhere for example.

Okay - it may be a bit tiresome and involve some "deja vous" to some - but by no means all - especially if you missed the debate "first time around".

So plese be a little patient with us newbies - if you've seen it all before - remember, some haven't - and you don't have to revisit, if you don't want to.

As to the song contest - it's just a bit of fun - why not join in?

As to Cock Robin - well I think Batman may have had a hand in it - never trust a man in a mask - I say.^&grin

I wasn't complaining about the thread so I'm not sure where that comes from ^&confuse This being the baseball post-season, I'll say out of left field. As a fan of a team not in the post season (and not likely to be any time in the near future {eek3}, left fielders that I have loved are Cleon Jones and Kevin McReynolds, but I digress.

My point about posting the Cock Robin rhyme was because the titles were similar. No malicious intent was intended nor should be inferred :smile2:
