who's going to the Chicago show?? (1 Viewer)

Yes, I think I will attend this year although the travel expense kills me......................I live 20 minutes from the show.

You kill me Ed, don't ever change...........look forward as always to see you at the show, this will be my 15th rodeo, time sure does fly..........

Ed,

I'm more than happy to change places with you on the travel expenses :D

I think I'm way to old to change, at least for the better.

Look forward to visiting your room as always, make sure you hit my room, I'll have beer.

A generous offer, but I think I will have to pass. I endured the costs for Indy and Texas, it's nice to have a show in the area. If the stars are all aligned correctly I can sell out, take that ardous 20 minute drive home and restock. Sometimes life is tough.

Very understandable Ed although the travel expenses are not terrible: $230 round trip flight, $115 a night at the Hyatt and about $100 for parking at the airport, plus some meals. You could do a lot worse, not to mention that there will be some great company and people to meet and see.

Generally it's not the travel or the room that kills me, it's what I end up buying and my bar tab. It's all worth it though, met a lot of great people over the years
