700 year anniversary,i know a few people that are very interested me being one as i had a Scottish Grandma.

The Battle of Bannockburn (Blàr Allt a' Bhonnaich in Scottish Gaelic) (24 June 1314) was a significant Scottish victory in the Wars of Scottish Independence. It was one of the most decisive battles of the First War of Scottish Independence, and remains one of the iconic cornerstones in the history of Scotland.

Only just an hour ago was reading newspaper article about 700th amongst other anniversaries.

...it's safe to say that the matter of the 700th anniversary is getting the odd mention now and again over here ! :wink2:

...it would be great to have a few more Bannockburn related figures to go along with the previous "The Duel" set...

One nice and very important pieces to be added would be schiltron men ( long spearman ) they played a very important part in this battle. If the bannockburn set was to grow into another line it would make a great large collection. May have to get more space lol
