This is an excellent movie. One of the best I've seen this year.

I really enjoyed this movies.

Someone I spoke to in the firearms industry tells me that due to the film the Marlin lever action rifle that Jeremy Renner's character used is very hard to get and the prices have shot up. The 45-70 caliber is a powerful firearm but I would not expect it to inflict the graphic damage depicted in the film.
