Hi Guys

Mine arrived today containing articles on ACW, Brown Bess Muskets and German WW2 Cold weather clothing to name a few. The Winter Catalogue features quite a few new figures, Couple of French Old Guard, ACW has Two women, one holding baby. Five new for AZW, All 24th foot, two figures firing, one kneeling, one standing and two loading, kneeling and standing again and a figure standing on mealie bags pointing. one USMC NCO 1898. WW2, five Waffen ss various poses all standing / walking.One of Joachim Pieper, two in Parkas, one with MG 42 other with rifle. two in Camo jackets one with MP40 other Rifle and Panzerfaust.

Hopefully WB will have pics up soon, so those interested can see for themselves.

Mine arrived yesterday. This issue announces that the Winter Catalogue supplement will be the last catalogue supplement Britains will produce. They intend to replace it with more regular announcements shortly before figures are released, as the long period of time between a figure's appearance in the catalogue and its actual release is causing unnecessary frustration amongst collectors (hear, hear). In the Standard there will be regular information regarding imminent releases.

That sounds like a very smart move on their part. Would love to see some pictures of the upcoming releases. Hopefully the stock images will be up sometime soon.
 
It’s funny if you think back to a day when we only got a catalog once a year and even further back to time when only dealers got catalogs. Now people are clamoring if they don’t get monthly updates and see posts on the various forums out there from their favorite companies. Truly spoiled comes to mind but that is the game now. I do miss the days when we only got information like this right before Christmas.

Anyone who has the winter Standard care to share some pictures of the upcoming releases? :D
 
For the club there are two club figures numbers 50086C Waffen SS Grenadier in Kharkov 1943 winter figure that is very nice looking and figure 50088 C Confederate with ANV Flag. In the winter catalog there are 5 new WWII German figures numbers are 25063 Waffen SS advancing with anMP40, 25069 Waffen SS Grenadier with MG42 in Kharkov Parka. 25071 Waffen SS rifleman in Kharkiv Parka advancing with caution. 25074 SS officer Joachim Pieper standing with his hands behind his back and figure 25099 Waffen SS advancing with a panzerfaust there is also a nice figure of a German tanker at ease with a hot food container in late War winter Parka that is number 25082 very nice figure. I will post photos soon
 
On the tanker I need to check his number it may be incorrect.
