Very colorful and well done dio's....if you dont mind my asking...where is Fort Stamford ?.......TomBBritannia just after the reign of Claudius Caesar. Winter has arrived. A Roman column is ambushed and a City Fort is under attack by courageous Britons / Celts. View attachment 121104View attachment 121105View attachment 121107View attachment 121106
The actual Fort Stamford is a remnant Revolutionary War Redoubt (used by local militia) located less than 1/4 mile from my house in Stamford, CT. My wife's ancestors were one of the 7 families that settled here in the 1600's from the Mass Bay Colony. We have a long history here as well as lineage back to England, Scotland, Spain, France, and Austria.Very colorful and well done dio's....if you dont mind my asking...where is Fort Stamford ?.......TomB
