The short barreled Panzer IV (any model earlier than Ausf.F2) was retired long before the Ardennes campaign. The pending Figarti Panzer IV Ausf.J would be appropriate, particularly if they put a good late war factory paint scheme on it.
In terms of German tanks present during this offensive, excluding assault guns and self propelled anti tank guns, the following would be the types present:
