I like the winter version better. The two figures that come with it look good as well. Any thoughts, I ws thinking of picking up the DAK storch but with this one out now I need to pick between the 2.

Yes, I really really like it, even more than the AK version and I am a big AK collector. If I can fit it in the budget, I will get the winter version.

I love the winter Storch, but I am getting Horns of the Red Bull. There is only so much money.

You always have to keep your eye on Figarti, they certainly keep coming out with really interesting items!

Its a really difficult decision. The DAK version will go very nicely with my German Western Desert or Tunisian stuff; but the Winter version will also go very well with my, ummm....Winter stuff.

I'm presently checking with a dealer I've had great service from in the past to see if he has a few other items I can use with it, and if so, then I reckon it'll be the Winter Storch this time and DAK Storch for Christmas....maybe.

I just received the DAK Storch. I wonder why there's relatively small number of discussions in the subject. Is the sale not doing so well (I know, I am frustrated with the 3-months delay as well)

I am very happy with the color, appears better in real than the pictures. The scale is on the smaller side when matched to K&C, but Figarti figures are smaller anyway.

The canopy is matt, not clear. I don't like it. Is there a way to weather the canopy so that it looks like it is being dusted in the desert?

I really like the Winter Storch and was tempted until Figarti came out with the Firefly, 88 and prime mover and those 3 items is where my money is going. Bye bye Winter Storch.

Too bad, the Storch is a beauty, and it's just different from ground weapons like we all used to get.

BTW, I am very happy with the light weight of the Storch, I wonder what kind of material was used.

I am just disappointed on part of the paint job (the camo is not quite right on some parts) and there's no machine gun from the rear canopy.

Also the DAK version has no engine cover (compared to the winter one). I bet the've forgotten it for the 1st (DAK) version and so the make it up for the 2nd winter version.
