Wittman Tigers Comparison (1 Viewer)

Here we have the K&C WS043 Wittman Tiger I in 1/30 scale (my first K&C purchase years ago) and the FOV Wittman Tiger (Villars-Bocage) in 1/16 scale. I thought it would be interesting to put them together and see the scale difference, etc.

Nice shots. The 1/16 tiger is huge. Is the FOV Tiger made of plastic or diecast ?

Both. It's very heavy too. Here are some detail shots of it.

The K&C tank is actually closer to 1:32 scale so it's measurements should be exactly half of the 1:16 scale.

Good observation Terry. The K&C Tiger is closer to 1/32. The figures for the K&C model are too big for it as with many of the older K&C tanks, but they are still some of my favorites anyway.

Just saw the K&C and FOV models together for the first time… now, it maybe just my eyesight… but I think the FOV tiger is definitely bigger but what do you guys think?
