I saw this today with my family and thought it wasn't to bad at all. A good story tried and tested and Brad Pitt was unkillable like always. This film is fun but not as good as The Walking Dead series. Chris.

Is it true, that they re-shot the whole film? Heard this was the first time a complete re-do was done on a Hollywood film.

I was told if you don't expect to have it match the book you will like it. That usually means I can't stand it the first time, and then as it is played over and over again on cable TV I eventually think, "This isn't so bad!"

They rewrote the script even though most involved liked the first script.

Saw it last weekend with my 2 boys and we liked it. Good special effects, credible solution to mitigate the problem and plenty of Z's running everywhere like ants...In short very entertaining!

That certainly wouldn't be a concern for me. It is not a book I would have ever read, but then it is not likely I will see the movie either. Zombies, really?
