World Whisky Day (1 Viewer)

Man, I live in Kentucky and would love to get a bottle of Pappy. Closest I've gotten is Old Van Winkle, which ain't bad. ^&cool Chris

Thanks I am very lucky. This is the real Pappy collection at home. 2018 back, they get more empty as they go.
I have finished all the 20s as it's my favorite of the Pappy.
The funny thing is that 10 years ago, I used to send my brother in law one of each bottle, between 23 and 10 year all the time,
On top of what I bought. We drank them like it a good bottle, and that was it. Now its the moon.

...World Whisky Day 2020.....(and what a year this is turning out to be for all of us!)...

...three bottles that I have to hand to get me through these times are :-

Aberlour A'Bunadh - Batch 63 ...a fine cask strength...

Mortlach 16 - Distiller's Dram ...very pleasant...

Infrequent Flyers (Alistair Walker) - 11yr old Fettercairn ....aptly named considering the lack of flying at the moment....

...I hope this finds you all doing well, and coping with whatever restrictions / quarantine / etc, that have been placed upon your part of the world...

...and enjoy your dram!

I'm in! Here's a shot of what I have on my bar right now . . . mostly single malt Irish Whiskeys, but a couple of my favorite Single Malt Scotches as well . . . :salute::
