Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone had set WS041 Panzer MkII with commander and 2 wehrmacht soldiers. If you do how much would you be willing to sell it for I believe the original price was something around $89.00

Thanks if advance,
Andrew Mitchell

Andrew,

I think you'll unfortunately find it's a little more expensive than that.

A month ago, I listed a WS041 on eBay ("Buy it now") at $495,00 and it took less than two hours to sell. Moreover, the tank has a defect on the right tracks.

In my opinion, $600,00 is conceivable.

Pierre.

This has reached $600 but I think a price in the $400s is probably realistic. Sorry for the bad news. I think your best bet is that once the current crop of ebay bidders get what they want, prices will drop. However, it seems that once group disappears, another group shows up. But who knows. You should also try shows, such as Hackensack. You may get lucky.

Well I planned on going to hackensack but then my mom told me that we had to go visit my brother at school that weekend but, there is still hope because my dad said if we get back in time on sunday we can stop there for a hour or so on the drive home. Maybe I will get lucky I sure hope so

I know for sure that our friend from Australia has one, so...

Amitiés,
Pierre.

Mitch! If you are interested in Ws-41 with the two soldiers and can pay $450 plus shipping, feel free to contact me Monday. I`m leaving for a show today. My E-mail address is moore@dls.net.

Mitch, I've been away for the past week and am just catching up on forum threads now. I'm not sure if you've followed this before but often you can obtain the 2 infantry figures from the set for about $30-$40 each.

They are nicer than the vehicle itself but if you want the complete set then Bill Moore is highly recommended.

WS041 Panzer II - Back of the Tank

Question about WS41 - are there supposed to be two dangling chain links on the back? I remember when I got it I thought it was a break, but upon review it doesn't appear that the two pieces were supposed to be together so I assumed it was designed that way. I think I confirmed this with my the shop I bought it at, but I can't remember.

Anyway, if you have one, could you please confirm what yours looks like on the back. I sure appreciate it.

Thanks so much!

Thanks Jazzeum. Just one final clarification: the two dangling chain pieces do not meet in the middle on yours? My tank has them dangling straight down on each side.

Thanks again!

El Tiante,

That's correct, dangling on either side.

Red Sox fan?
