It's made of metal and the way I removed it was using a hacksaw and cutting down the middle of the cupola. That left a gap so with some heavy pliers I squeezed the cupola together and worked it till the glue broke off. You will noticed that its a metal insert so it goes in like 10 - 15mm. It took some work.

I will do. I was never realy struck on this piece until I saw Alexs creation, and realised that the side skirts and cupola really detracted from the look of the tank. And since I ummed and erred for too long in relation to the T34/85, This is the only T34 left to operate on.
