For some odd reason this set has really attracted my attention. I think the detail looks superb. Even though I cannot see the entire Hitler piece I believe this will be one of the better Hitlers put out by K&C. Anyone else looking to acquire this set when it is released?

I was extremely excited when I saw the release pictures. I plan on getting it. It does look very well detailed and accurate.

Early signs are that this set will not be around long............pre orders are heavy and may not even make general sale.

its an awesome set and the optional additions make it look really good. i like what Andy is doing with doing add ons and multi use dio pieces.

I preordered one - I don't mind having a Hitler being blown up in my collection.;)

Interesting thought - this set offer some a way collect a few LAH figures without being too fav to the Nazis - I mean he is about to get blow up with that display.

Still Big Parades of LAH are not of interest to me - nothing against those who collect them. ;)

I think JPB might be referring to the length of the table, too short.
I wish the add on sets had been named participants.

I pre-ordered (thanks Tony), as soon as I saw it I thought "Yep". Unfortunately there is a lot of other "yeps" out there at the moment.

I preordered one and I agree totaly. This seems to be the best Hitler-scene ever made by K&C. I like esp. the moving of Stauffenberg. Regarding the table, for me it is not so important, how long it is. The focus is on the figures IMO, and I like them. I believe this set is much, much better and more realistic s the Berghof scene.

I agree Marcus; the focus is always on the figures. However, I think this was brought up because should all of the participant figures be offered in the future, then the table is going to look too small. I think others like myself were thinking when we first saw WS135 was how brilliant it would be if all 20+ participant named figures were eventually produced.

How about the 20+participant named figures plus some add-on-tables ;):D ? That would be not the worst solution, IMO :)

This is exactly what I had in mind

I remember saying on here, when KC released the SL Napoleonic tent set, that they should make a similar set for WWII. Kudos to KC for thinking the same thing, it looks just like all those movies of Hitler at his military meetings. However, it really doesnt make any sense to me why this is not an LAH set. It fits in more with the recent Berghof sets, which are LAH pieces. None the less, this is a must have set for me, and I fear it will not last long.
