Probably, although Less than 150 were made November 1943 - February 1944 and the Battle of the Bulge was not until December 1944 (the point being attrition). The Flakpanzer 38(t) was intended to be issued to the anti-aircraft platoon of each tank battalion (Panzer Abteilung) in a Panzer division. Most of the Flakpanzer 38(t)'s were issued to Panzer Divisions on the Western Front where the Western allies had air dominance. They lost effectiveness late in the war (not enough firepower vs P-47 Thunderbolts) and became prime targets of allied aircraft. I saw a program last nite on the Battle of the Bulge and remember seeing film of one passing along a road in the Ardennes as part of a tank column.
