Is the officer in set WSS102 Normandy Kubelwagen, standing inside the Kubelwagen, or is he standing outside of it to the left of the driver?

He's sitting inside the vehicle on the door.

Look at Treefrog's site and they have a 360 view of it and you can clearly see that he is sitting in the vehicle.

Yep, similar to the officer with the FOV Kubelwagen that came out years ago.
