Its been a while since we had one of these and in recent months the WW2 Ranges have all grown in quality, depth and popularity. So i just thought i'd take a poll and see which of the WW2 ranges are the most popular with you guys on the forum.I've only inlcuded 'in action' ranges here and as a result have left out LAH.This is just for a bit of fun on an overcast and grey day here in the UK.:)

Love the Arnhem range. Hoping for some new stuff soon.

Rob is right about the grey day in the UK, Hard to focus on work,

Still love the AK range although the FOB range is also starting to develop nicely.

I know that DAK is one of the most popular ranges among with 8th Army and Bulge (both sides) I voted for German Bulge.

But I would love to see, one day, German’s East Front be part of the list, as one of the most popular WWII series...:(

Cheers

I am a big fan of the bulge ,but I seem more and more these days to be purchasing for my D-Day collection, can't go wrong with either one of them:):)...Sammy

I am a big fan of K&C Tanks and Pacific War figures.

Well German Bulge forces race into an early lead,i thought it would be closer than this and that the Afrika Corp would be right up there with them. Also surprised no one has voted for 8th Army yet or FOB.Still early days though.

Normandy has the largest selection of vehicles and figures for the collector. Love those spring-summer-fall camo colors for the German side. On to the Seine! -- lancer

I could only vote for one so I chose the Bulge-US, but DDay-Allied is a close second. Although I am mostly an Allied collector I do have a few pieces in the DDay-German series for fun.

Normandy is my favourite range, its not easy to pick one!.But this range has some classic figures including the US Para's,British commandos,US inf and some great vehicles.Am hoping for more reinforcements for my beaches this summer.

Love that Arnhem range past and present, a very close second would be the D-day Germans. I'm fascinated by the camouflage uniforms in these series and the vehicles.

I'm a big fan of the Bulge range.
Especially germans in the snow

Arnhem was a big hit for me. Would love to see more additions to the Arnhem range. Some Armored cars would round out the series nice.
Sdkfz 222 or 231's. Some more German SP guns. Some Stug III's.

Next would be Normandy. Never enough.

I'd like also to see a revisit to the Earlier part of the Stalingrad Campaign.
The Summer Offensive before the winter set in. Aug,Sept,Oct. Summer uniforms.:):):)

It's Arnhem all the way for me, so many compelling stories and famous places/units involved; British First Airborne Division, aka Frost's boys, holding on for dear life, XXX Corps racing along to their rescue, the Hartenstein, Oosterbeek Gas works, Kate Ter Horsts house and the famous Church, the bridge itself and Grabners mad dash across it, Hells Highway, Nijmegen, the bravery of the Polish Airborne, "Hail Mary, full of grace", "We haven't the proper facilities to take you all prisoner", on and on it goes.

And now I've got those lovely new Arnhem buildings winging their way across the pond as I write this to jazz up my displays, can't wait to get them.......

Which ones George? Is it more of the JG Miniatures buildings, or have you sourced another outlet for Arnhem buildings that you're keeping secret from us? ;)

Simon,
I was referring to the superb buildings from Helmuths Strongholds that Hoogri and Harrie were nice enough to post, they look spectacular, so I ordered one of each to build and paint up for the shows, you can never have enough buildings, especially ones purpose built for my all time favorite campaign, Arnhem. Between these and the beauties John from JG has crafted, I am really going to town now...........

Cool, yep I agree, those buildings do look special.

I,d have to give it to the 8 th army by a nose , but the AK series and
bulge Americans are also very sharp so its a tough call to pick one .

Where are the NAPOLEONICS ??

About one hundred and thirty years earlier Ron;).Sorry this was just a WW2 Poll, no offence intended, i don't need to upset Nap fans and Mr Gambale in one go!!,.:D;)
