I'm a new convert to K&C (bloody Conte)

Forgive my ignorance but has K&C issued Japanese figures to balance the Iwo Jima US figures ?

If so does anyone have images ? I would love to get a flag bearer or helmeted officer with sword.

cheers

Check out Figarti's threads, they have some great Japanese figures for a Wake Island series.

They are retired but do come up on e-bay at reasonable prices

K & C has indicated periodically that they do not intend to make any more figures for the Pacific Theater.

Is there a psuedo political reason for K&C not producing japanese military figures since their manufacturing base is chinese Hong Kong,or is it based on purely popularity or lack thereof.

Andy has said that sales of both the Marines and Japanese figures were "less than expected"

maybe Andy will change his mind once the new HBO mini-series "The Pacific" comes out soon?

You never know. Things can change. I am sure he or Figarti or CS will make them if they think they will sell. The HBO special may do the trick?
