I Wish I Had Been Collecting Year's Ago Because I Missed Out On Alot Of Great Winter Piece's The Winter 88 Of Course Being My Favorite And Now You Can't Even Find A Picture Of It! The Pak 40 And So On, I Prey That Andy Has Something In The Works For Us In Artillery, A New Pak 40 Or Even A Mortar Winter Team Would Be Great! It's Wonderful To Be Able To Find A Retired Piece Every Now And Then But The Cost To New Collector"s For Retired Pieces Are Getting Tough, But There Is Nothing More Enjoyable To Me Then Collecting My Beloved K&c....sammy

There is a picture on Bill Sager's site, 88 and Pak 40.

They are expensive. I've given up hope of getting the 88, the Tiger or the Stug. Do have some of the others though.

I would love to see 105mm howitzer. I have the winter 75mm which is nice, but a 105mm any time of year would be nicer.

I wouldn't go out of my way to pay high prices for the pak 40 - I don't care at all for K&C's primitive attempt at this weapon because their barrel is too short and way too fat. The 88 on the other hand looks pretty good.

I was surprised they didn't make a US Bulge 155mm to go with their new tractor.

In general I would say that K and C makes relatively fewer artillery pieces than armor. I have been meaning to bring this up for some time but I do hope that this relative disparity is addressed.

Damian Clarke

I got a 21st century version of the long tom 155m , which Andy showed off with the M5 in one of the kcuk video's from a while back. The M5 tractor didn't grab my attention until I seen it in the K&C shop, its a nice piece.

Sorry, I should have specified 155mm howitzer, the gun that the tractor was supposedly designed for. If it had a scale gun to tow I think this piece would be more attractive, as nice as it is already by itself.

Also, I agree Damian, I wish K&C made more artillery relative to armor. My dad is a real fan of the arty and it's a gaping hole right now in their WW1 range. That's why I clicked on this post, hoping for some news!

Thanks for the info. But who has real pictures?

Because in the WS29 the colours are not correct.
They should black white red and not the blue since this was not in the german flag

also on the side of the guardbox the colours are pointing down like an arrow. Is this sure that they were pointing down or were they pointing upwards?

Who can help?

Maybe the Jerries only had Blue paint the day they touched up the sentry box for Rommel's visit.
Seriously, sure it ought to be black, but we have enough conflict of opinions go on here without moaning about the colours of some outhouse that would very rapidly fade to some other colour anyway...??? Besides, its an easy fix.
Cheers

Do you know, I knew something didn't look quite right in that photo, but it didn't register what it was. Great detective work on my part heh?

Perhaps he's from the highly secret Gardening Gestapo.Himmlers less famous V weapons scheme (V for Vegatables)in which full sized Carrots were hurled at southern Britain!;)
