Just curious what others would like to see FL do in 2013 for the WWII ranges. Let's keep this thread for WORLD WAR II wishes ONLY. On another note, for those of you who like the Stalingrad range, the 1993 German production of the masterpiece STALINGRAD will finally be released on BLU-RAY next month:smile2:

My wishes for FL WWII in '13. An "Italian front" or "War in Italy". Italian Blackshirts, and of course, more Waffen SS goodies!

I would prefer to stay with the Normandy theme and see some regular U.S. Infantry. Specifically, some 30th Division boys at Mortain. Grandpa would be proud of that!

Anything for the Eastern Front would be much appreciated. We definitely need more Soviet troops and I would really like a KV1/2. From the German side I need Sd.Kfz.251s so I can put together a combined arms battle group.

Winter Soviets and more Winter German Troops as well as a grey Panzer IV (short barrel)...BUT.....anything Stalingrad works for me.:wink2:

Stalingrad i would love to see a german half track and addtions to the german troops , with the release of the new german ss i would like to see a Panther and tiger (all white one, or 3 tone camo) ohhhh and a 88 and pac

I bet we see an 88 this year being the prime mover came out

I posted in another thread my WWII wishes. One of the reasons I like FL so much is that they focus on the Eastern Front, so my wishes are focused on that area.

Sd Kfz 231 and 233 to complement the 232 (DAK and Stalingrad, what the hell, winter would be nice too!)
Sd Kfz 250 (/1, /3, /9) in DAK, Stalingrad and Normandy
Sd Kfz 10 (troop carrier and mounting the Flak 38)
Allied recce/recon vehicles to balance out Axis vs. Allied recon dios
While I admit the SS had more camo, I like the fact that FL has not focused so much on them as other "elite" units in the Heer. So, 11th Panzer (the "real" Ghost Division), GrossDeutschland and Panzer Regiment 35 (4th Panzer)
KV1/2 Tanks
Sd Kfz 251 (especially the B and C versions from early in the war in Feldgrau)
M4 Halftrack
Guderian's Command Sd Kfz 251
I am a fan a variants, so a Sd Kfz 7 Flakvierling, a second Panzer III for Stalingrad line, etc
Schwimmwagon and Kubelwagons

Here is my original post with "inspirational" pictures. http://www.treefrogtreasures.com/forum/showthread.php?39749-2013-what-you-hope-to-see/page8

Hmmm... a thread after my own heart!:) well let's see where to begin, I better use a numerical chart so Matt can check them off after he's finished making them:)

1. that new Prime Mover would look delicious towing a new 88, winter, or grey, camo, can't go wrong with a 88 no matter what the color.

2. winter long coated Russkies or Germans, I'm not biased.

3. would love to see a grity/dirty/ Hanomag, fresh out of the Stalingrad mud.

4. of course a Tiger tank of any unit/color/make or model would be fine with me.

5. and anything for the new Normandy campaign, more Paras/SS, I'll be happy what ever comes out in this new range.

I'm sure what ever comes out this year for WWII will be outstanding, as good as the sets have been since the start of the WWII range, they seem to have become even better with each passing release, I'm hoping the pricing for a single set or soldier doesn't go up to much in 2013, my monthly soldier budget is pretty tight, and I hope it doesn't become a bi-monthly budget...Sammy
