On Xmas day,Panzer Grenadiers of the 902nd PG Regiment- Kampfgruppe Remer- and a Schwimmwagen (FoV) belonging to the Führer Begleit Brigade capture a US soldier in his foxhole.He belongs to the 7th US Tank Corps. His mate lays already wounded (or dead) on the ground;
Soldiers are white metal, hand painted from the Deauville range ( discontinued) Note all the stuff laying around in the foxhole.The Fov Schwimmwagen has been repainted and weathered.

Very nice work. Great painting on the models and well photographed.

By the way, there was never a "7th US Tank Corps". In the Ardennes at the northern shoulder was the US 7th Armored Division (commanded by Robert Hasbrouck), committed early in the crisis and made famous in the defense of St. Vith. There was also a VII Corps (commanded by J. Lawton Collins), which contained several divisions, infantry and armored, that was intrumental in holding and later counterattacking the German penetrations.

Your 100% right Gary. I meant the US 7th Armored Div. I translated it wrongly from French to English, sorry.
