My favorite K&C figures are WW2 German Fallshirmjagers.

This diorama was shown at the 2007 Chicago Toy Soldier show in the K&C room

I've been looking for a photo of that one for awhile. That, in my opinion, is the best dio made by Gordon.

What German plane is this?? Possibly landing on Crete??

It's a Ju52 (completely hand built from scratch) landing on Crete. The scratch built Ju52 is the most amazing part of the diorama.

This is one of my favorites also. mainly because of the RED CLAY tennis court inside the green fence next to the Hotel !!!

I don’t have a picture of it, but many years ago at one of the Chicago Shows, King & Country had a display up of “Hotel Hartenstein” from the Battle of Arnheim range.
I liked that a lot!

that was brilliant and then when you sat down in the to rest you saw a beautiful german winter seen with a viaduct and a colymn going over it and a tiger resting underneath it . what a day

that day in 2007 was the greatest day I have ever had at the Chicago show , and that encompasses show from 1995 to the present. you had crete, winter bulge, sarceans, the afrika korps / Indiana jones airfield and the Hartenstein hotel, I just sat in awe. truly the best time I have had there

I was going through my brochures (I have almost all the brochures from the beginning until 2015) and found this one for the Fallschirmjagers that gives another view of the Ju52 and the diorama.

I was going through my brochures (I have almost all the brochures from the beginning until 2015) and found this one for the Fallschirmjagers that gives another view of the Ju52 and the diorama.

My understanding is peas cut in half / painted were used to create the stones in the walls. One by One.
