Ok, another oddity, I know it is a factory (oem) figure, I just don't remember who made this one, it is part of a supply set. The Base is unmarked and painted black, is it Mulberry? Just don't know on this one:

TD I'm pretty sure the figure is is by Paul Kemkemian aka ANZOH who owned ANI Toy Soldiers.

The first figures is one of my painted kit figures sculpted by Cliff Sanderson for Hinchliffe Models Ltd. and the second is one of my figures by ANI.....Joe
