Awesome to see another M1 Garand and M1 Carbine collector, Louis! I have both types myself, plus a couple M1As/M14s… They are fantastic rifles

I have only one Garand and one M1 Carbine, but I also have a Short Lee Enfield, a Moisan Nagant, a Japanese Type 99, and 2 Mausers. I love firing historical rifles!

That is an awesome collection, Louis! Are your Garand and Carbine dated to the WWII period or post-war variants? Both of mine are basically post war versions, but still look the part and perform well, especially with actual military surplus ammo…

If you are looking to get a Garand I suggest the Civilian Marksmanship program. I got 3 of my 5 from there. CMP is a great little secret most people don't know about.

Mine are both WWII. I always collect period pieces, just my personal preference.
