Do some research on the author and I use that word loosely. The NYT should never have printed this garbage. I hope they are sued out of existence they deserve it. My son as I have said is in this field and he is as down the middle as they come. He said that this is the literal talk of the town with insiders renaming the NYT to the "Hamas Enquirer' How anyone with any rational bone in their body can believe Hamas propaganda is beyond me. Just to be clear my son works for NBC so far from a conservative network.

Israel suing the NYT is a meaningless empty gesture. A person can be defamed, not a country.

Five or ten years ago I would have doubted the veracity of the story. Not today, considering how the Israelis treat Palestinians, particularly in the West Bank where the military literally gets away with murder. It’s a country run by an extreme right wing that wishes to eliminate the Palestinians.

I couldn't agree more. It's easy for an army to lose it's moral compass. However, it will be judged for all eternity against that moral compass.
