LAH pics? (1 Viewer)

Yes they are but I guess they would be about right for older Hitler Youth maybe 17 or so. Don't know what the cut off age for those guys would have been. Not too bad really if you think of it like that.

I don't know what the age requirements were either.

I've just noticed your drum horse, it's an attractive mold that one. I nearly bought it, but thought - next time. And of course Andy retired the set and my local dealer sold out so I missed out. You snooze you loose in this game

That's a shame, because that one is one of my favorite pieces. They have been going for $300 plus on ebay. I got lucky and got one after they were retired before the price went crazy. The entire piece is full of detail. Don't know why it was retired because everyone that see's mine would like to pick one up.

All part of Andy's cunning plan ;) :D

Yes the figures are removeable. To be honest it is not my favorite of the LAH pieces and unless you really like these sets I would pass and like you wrote wait on another version. I am really a fan of these sets, because of the colors and poses. But I do understand the other side of the argument.

Here is a pic of the comparative size of the K&C and CS figures.

Everything on that Krupp truck is removable including the driver?

Thanks
N-P

No, the driver and standing figure are fixed but the four soldiers seated in the back are removable. The removable figures come out as a pair seated together.

That is one big kid!

I really regret not getting that horse. I just was not into this then. I have plans of making a couple of toy ones.

All of the CS LAH stuff is too big, yet their other lines are closer to KC. I was blown away by it when I saw them in person. Why would they make one line larger than the other?

I do not know. The CS ACW stuff goes real well with the Conte stuff. Perfect in fact.

Here Are a few pics of my LAH collection. As I alluded to in another thread I'm in the process of reworking the set-up thanks to Evil Andy and his cursed releases:D:p! The second platoon, to be placed behind truck and not arrived as yet motorcycles, is only half done and still in boxes.

Wowzers! Can you give us an overall shot to show the scope? PPPPpppleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee????:D:D

I'll try to work a better angle on the shot and post it. As I mentioned earlier, I still need to finish the second marching platoon which should end up right in front of the review stand. The shelf it's currently on is only my staging area for dios I'm still fiddling with(actually it's inside a decent size walk in closet off the spare bedroom:)). Once I finalize the general layout of the troops I'll have to get the road surface and backdrop worked up and then on to some final details. I really need to finish this because I need the staging space for my next dio which is the Nap 42nd I've started:eek:!

Either way I will be looking for your pictures.
