Napoleonics (2 Viewers)

dunno man! I posted this on this thread yesterday but then it was deleted... Maybe the Plumes have been very provocative to the eyes of our great forum moderators.

Thought I'd share the results of the past weeks' scrounging. Nice start with a few notable gaps yet to fill (still have one en-route too).

Nice one, Dave, looking very good! Delighted to see the results of all your recent searching.

I'll have to echo Saber in that seeing some of the older Napoleonic releases like these really makes me want to kick myself for not plunging into the hobby sooner! In particular, those French Voltigeurs posted recently by Ron in his Egypt diormama - always thought they'd look extremely well paired off against the KGL or 71st in a Peninsular skirmish type scene. Anyway, well done with your new acquisitions - enjoy:D.

Re. Prussians, yep, I'll happily add my voice to the chorus there - I think they really would make a very nice addition to the Napoleonic range. Do you guys reckon though that whether or not we'll ever see them would be conditional on how well or otherise the Russian figures sell?? I got the impression from the forum that they represented Andy "dipping his toe" and experimenting with nations other than the K&C's current big two - France and Britain.

Cheers,

Molloy.

Yes - I believe that is what Andy / K&C are watching to see how the Russians will do to determine if we are to have other Nations join the fold.

So everybody - GO BUY RUSSIANS - NOW ! :D

I would be interested in hearing from Shannon, George and other dealers on how the Russians are selling at this point.

Ron
