No problems at all. The latest Market Garden releases on it look fantastic, and who'd have thought that the latest K&C UK exclusive would be an 88 in both desert and winter camo. Looks awesome. Have you seen the Summer 2009 Crimean preview shots as well? :)

OK, so perhaps I can't access it either

'Fraid not mate. I got hijacked by my son who's taking me for a Beaver Scout camping weekend. So I'll be roasting marshmellows around a campfire surrounded by a load of screaming 7 year olds, creating havoc and getting all excitable. Bit like the London Show without the marshmellows I guess ;).

It'll be nice to get away with him, but the date clash is a real pain. I'll definately be doing the December Show though.

I'll go and stand back in the corner now and thrash myself vigourously with a Birch twig. :D

Simon

I'll catch up with you in December then mate:)

I would like to hand over all of my worldly K&C goods to my good mate Wraith.
Rob

That's very good of you Rob, and I'd be only too happy to help relieve you of said items

I wish....
But as a recently divorced friend constantly reminds me.....HALF!
Half the money, half the house, half the pension, half the toy soldier collection, half your soul, half your fighting spirit, half of the dangly collection of objects etc...
Kind of focus's the mind.

My wife would probably also add that i've 'Half the Brain'!:D

I just edited my post as i thought it might be a little 'Risque' for this time in the morning,do you think you should remove my Quote Simon?(i don't want to be a bad influence on our younger members!!)

So it'll be down to James to help me rein in my spending at the Londn show then. But if he doesn't arrive until tenish i'll be on my own with the credit card!!!

At your request, I've amended the quote to something far more rewarding. ;)
Re London, don't worry. I know you're a strong man and will resist the Neville's lure for at least 2 minutes. Before caving like a cheap deck chair.

Cheers

2mins! I'm glad you have such faith in my resistance;).I see the Nevilles laughing as i approach their tables, like a slightly balding Lamb to the slaughter!!

It's all part of the Early Bird ploy. Get the lambs in at 7.30am, whilst their wallets are flush, whilst they're still dreary from an early morning start and their resistance is at it's lowest and then...pounce! Straight for the jugular / visa card. ;)

Any idea what you're going to get? (appreciating that your list could change a dozen times between now and the 28th)

Simon i honestly have no idea as of yet.I really want to start collecting the FJ's (i blame James for that)i also need more Para's,Stugs,MK4's the list is endless. Then theres the new Big Red 1 Figs and i need money for the 8th Army stuff. So i'm doomed the moement i walk in the hotel.I'll still love every second of it though!!;):D

Tony must be rubbing his hands and letting out stiffled KV 'MUHahahaha!'s ;)
I'd try and limit yourself to just the following:

FJ001 - FJ009
MG 001 - MG022 (missing sets only mind)
Absolute maximum of 2 Stugs, 2 MkIV's, 3 Crusaders, 2 Ambulances, 1 set of stretcher bearers and 2 sets of EA tank riders.
And 8 Scots Greys.
And the Big Red 1 sets, but only 1 set of each.

That seems like a relatively sensible list. :)

When you say 'sensible' do you mean sensible as in to be strung up by ones ears on returning home 'sensible'?;)

Rob, Rob, Rob.... You worry to much.
Ears are over-rated anyway.
Just tell your good wife that Tony said it was OK to get all this stuff. She'll understand. :)
