Cheers Forum Squadron Members:

Beaufighter reporting for posting duty for fellow Forum Member "King Charles Cavalier" aka John and his lovely wife Iren who graciously supports his hobby/passion and acts as a foreign interpretor & painter. John lives down the street from me in the Southwest desert sector and I feel responsible for his new found hobby. He has graciously embraced the hobby & subsequent history with fervor! The following images of his diorama consists of the following toy soldier companies, etc.

*King & Country: COMPLETE Crusaders & Saracens Line (latest releases are on order and therefore not set up yet) inclusive of the four SP figures and CF03.
*St. Petersburg: 21 Aero Art & 23 Grenada figures.
*Roman Militari: two figures.
*Diorama material: Build-A-Rama; JG Miniatures and rear wall by fellow forum member "DEBRITO." I must say he did an incredible job and per John & Iren is an absolute gent!

Please enjoy!

Tally Ho,
Beaufighter for King Charles Cavalier

John: I am still laughing at your post especially since amongst my fellow pilots I am known as the "Dark Lord" for always getting the late night/all night flights usually coast to coast! King Charles Cavalier accuses me of the same thing by the way.

All The Best,
Beaufighter

Oh man that must have been fun to set up. Great display!

Beau:

Glad to see you feeling better and soaring like a bird again!....One can only

wonder what flying......not packed in like a sardine is really like!

On my last flight the in-flight-hostess.....actually yelled "SIT DOWN" to the

paying guests!!:eek::D:)

Anyway heres one for you!

Always enjoy your posts!

Cheers Beaufighter, John and Iren.

John you did an excellent montage-set up it looks very well indeed. I am looking forward to see the new Crusaders additions on your medieval dio.

Au plaisir

Rodrigo.

Hey, nnja, who makes that Dark Lord beer? I've never seen it before, and I've never seen a dark ruby beer. I'll ask my distributor if he can get it for me.

Prost!

Excellent work; beautiful figures very well displayed. With 44 St. Petersburg figures, I'd say the introduction to the hobby took.:D

Brad:

Here is the link to their site in Indiana http://www.threefloyds.com/

It seems that......DarkLord Day 2008 Saturday April 26th 11Am-10:30pm AT THREE FLOYDS BREWING Co & BREWPUB 9750 INDIANA PKWY MUNSTER,IN 46321

DarkLord Day 2008 is the only day of the year to buy Three Floyds DarkLord Russian Imperial stout. DLD is a festival where participants can meet other beer enthusiasts, sample beers from all over ,buy DarkLord, try Oak Aged Dark Lord Russian Imperial Stout ,eat BBQ, Listen to live music.

Darklord Day 2008 will be greatly improved to accommodate larger crowds, including expanded parking, more porta johns, shorter lines and more food choices:eek::D:)

Thanks for the link, I'm going to check it out!

Maybe I can convince them to come out here to us, to the microbrewery festival down at Stoudt's in Adamstown.

Prost!

Fantastic looking diorama. I really like seeing the comparison of AeroArt & Grenada figures with the K&C sets. I have been thinking about purchasing some of the AeroArt Crusader and Saracens but didn't know how they would compare in scale. I am anxiously waiting the Chicago show to see the AeroArt team (hopefully they will be there) to make the comparison. Because of this dio I feel relatively comfortable now in proceeding with getting these beautifully done figures. Thanks for sharing the pics of another great example of a well done diorama.

Mike
