Just wondering who has got this now,this really is an outstanding model and goes so well with the new Brit/Canadian troops.Andy said some time back he was going to make an LCT,if its half the quality of the LCA it'll be another superb release.

But why do you ask Rob? Do you need help with another invasion? :eek::D

Its really nice isn't it.K&C really did the business here in my view,in a short space of time we got Landing craft,figures,armour and a German strong point.I like the way K&C did the Brits in Normandy in depth in a big sweep.The LCA is the best landing craft i've seen and much better than the old grey version i had.

Tony mentioned it was selling fast sometime back and i wondered how many of us on here had it,and how glad you are you got it.:)

I had no intention of getting it when it was announced. It was too big. :eek: But it looked so good, I was tempted. When the Canadians were hinted at, I had to get it. (Curse you ACN :rolleyes: ) It takes up an entire one of my precious display shelves. But I am glad I got it. And soon the Atlantic Bunker plus some Germans and JG Miniatures beach will take up the adjacent shelf. In all, a big chunk of the 2009 toy soldier budget.

But it looks good. :D

Was a must have wasn't it,can only imagine what Andy might have up his sleeve for this range next?.

Do you think there will be more? The largest part of the soldier market seems to be the US and they have lots of D-Day sets. Think he would do more Brits and Canadians. He did Free french repaints. Think he will do some Poles?

Oh, I get it now. :confused: The flurry of Rob "what's coming" questions. Only just over a week to the next dispatches and Rob can't wait. :p:D Do you see something Oh Wise One. :eek: Any hints yet from Australia?

You are so suspicious mate!:D.Yes i think Andy will return to the Brits in Normandy,not for a while,but he will;)

As for next month...what do we normally get in August?.

Nah - It is a piece of junk - I would never buy it.
 
The LCA doesn't appeal to me, though K&C did a great job modelling it. I'm holding out for the LCM3 or LCT.
 
Yeah I got one along with it's supporting cast. Also picked up the JG D-Day beach pieces. They should arrive tomorrow

Which beach pieces did you get. I am waiting to get the K&C Atlantic wall piece at the end of July and was thinking of M52c D-day beach section with long dune. My shelf is 23 X 13 so I can fit only one beach piece in. Probably will put the K&C bunker behind the beach piece on top of a 12X12 long grass base. I probably will ask John to add extra height to the grass base so it fits against the beach piece. But first I want to see the size of the K&C bunker.

The LCA is nice but I'm after something to handle a tank so I'm also holding out for an LCM3 or LCM6. Hopefully it will be a US based version.
 
Got one!!, And Rob. You say it is great item. Capitol says its Crap. How many times has CapitolRon been wrong.:). Hey that rhymes.
