I keep seeing photos of your cats on or near dioramas and shelves.

Don't you all know that the biggest threat to a toy soldier collector is a cat followed closely to a disgruntled spouse???

What are y'all thinking??? Get those cats outa there!!!

Actually .. I would rate a disgrunted spouse as the first. Sufficient motivation for me to keep her " happy"

That's why most of mine are in cases. They are curious little devils.

Heres my two little darlings, since the one on the left was caught chewing the barrel of my Jagdpanther they have not been allowed in my office since! They're such nosy little creatures and they really want to get in there again.

The one on the right is named Monty by the way, after you know who;).The other one is called 'Mardie' after the 'Mad Mahdi of Omdurman',actually I don't think he was mad at all,but you know how people talk!!(fans of 'Dads Army' will know what I'm talking about;):D)

Yes....we have 2 cats .....In my military room there is a window ...and at night I close the door... one night i forgot and there was astray cat outside ...well my black cat was running all over the house and of course ran for my military room jumped and knocked over the top of my small display.....amazingly not one of the K&C SAS items or the palm tree fell...luckily my wife heard it and got me up .......never again....

I have two cats, also. Fortunately they are old and do not bother with anything not in their food dish. Only had 1 or 2 incidents in 13 years resulting in light damage, no fatalities, feline or soldier. Now I have to go knock on wood.:p:D:rolleyes: -- Al

Ericka and I have two cats, bear and Scamp... and other than lifting their head and opening one eye when we enter the room there haven't really been any incidents. I suppose the only reason they check to see what we are doing is to see if we have any food.
One of the cats I had years ago did trash an 1850s pocket watch that was on my dresser. Foolish me, the watch chain was hanging over the edge and it grabbed it and ran breaking the crystal of the pocket watch. I had it replaced but it doesn't look the same.
