I saw a movie a long time ago, I believe the name of it was Saskatchewan, it involved Cree and Dakota tribes. It would be an interesting side release for an indian wars theme.

RCMP were police, and very professional . They did not do battle with First Nations peoples.
I don't want to go off on a rant, but the Cdn population were never wiped out and/or conquered by the Gov't of the day. They were kept as mopre of an Ally in case of USA agressions, and many other reasons....very deep subject and probably pretty boring- for figure collectors.

They had a very interesting begining as the North West Mounted Police though, raiding bootleggers camps etc. Isn't there also a painting of the tribes crossing the border after The Little Bighorn, being met by an NWMP Constable?

RCMP is colorful. There was more "action" by the Mexican Rurales police against the French, Mexican Indians and bandits.
