Corgi WW1 plane range (3 Viewers)

Good post. I have been watching these from the beginning. They are quite impressive. As much as I love WW1 aircraft, I have not been able to squeeze these or the Carousel 1 offerings into my budget, yet.:( The Albatross and Spads look especially nice. -- Al

I've got the Carousel1 Fw 190 & there very nice:cool:

Lucky man. I have always wanted the Barkhorn FW offered by Carousel 1 but can't pull the trigger on it. Something else keeps getting in the way (TS, don't you know:D). -- Al

I did not think anyone liked carousel 1 as I have not heard anyone talking about them. I have one but, they are great aircraft A Fokker triplane of Werner Voss with yellow nose and wheels. The detail is great for 1/48th but, mine did not come with a box as it was bought from a friend who did not keep them.

I have one Carousel 1 aircraft that was given to me as a gift. It is an F4F Wildcat and it is every bit the equal of other diecast 1/48 aircraft on the market. I think the problem might be the price, which is a little steep although not to far off what Franklin Mint or others get. C1's WW1 aircraft are more expensive than Corgi, though. -- Al

If you have an interest in WWI aircraft you'll enjoy this site.... Check out the 1914-18 photographs.

Check out the Motion Pictures area - Sopwith Camel flying with Supermarine Spitfire.
