Hi Guys,

As “Streets” is our largest single series and extremely popular in China and the rest of Asia rest assured there are plenty of new ideas already “in the pipeline” for release throughout 2007 (and beyond).

Also a big thankyou to our new friend in Washington “Capitolron” for all his kind words and support of K&C. Welcome onboard Ron, there’s a great bunch of guys on this Forum and plenty of interesting toy soldier threads for you to read and contribute to.

I’ve had a few enquiries about our upcoming American Civil War figures — the series will be in matt finish and the scale approx 1:31 to complement other existing Civil War from other companies.

One more welcome...to “h henry” from Ottawa...always good to see the “Canucks” showing up!

Well it’s time to shut off the computer and get down to some work...By the by many thanks for all those great ideas for future K&C releases...there’s at least two of your ideas that I’m already working on. Can you guess which two?

Best wishes and as usual, happy collecting!

Andy C. Neilson

Thanks for the snippets Andy,i don't suppose you could tell us if those ideas are of a WW2 nature could you!!

Best wishes

Rob.

My best guess is that there will be a new German 88 by the end of '07 - but probably not a limited edition. Most likely a winter version. The limited edition may be the M3 Monty if Andy follows his prior practice. Would not be surprised though if we see a non-WWII limited edition item in '07. My magic ball says something from the Napoleonic range - maybe even the emperor's carriage heading to Waterloo. I picked Ohio St. to whip Florida last night so the odds must now be in my favor of predicting something correctly.

Andy:

Thank you ! King and Country is setting the standard for all other companies to follow and your keen business insights have made our hobby so much better.

I look forward to meeting you soon and discussing your ideas about the future of the Toy Soldier Industry. You have made an incredible impact to the Worldwide Marketplace.

Your Man in Washington, Capitolron.

That game sure came up a cropper, didn't it? I was looking for some enjoyment after Sunday's NY twin debacle. No such luck.

Don't ya just hate it when he does that?

Yes, I can guess which two. If you pm me with which two ideas you where thinking of, I'll tell you if you were right or not.

(It's that clever reverse psychology stuff. Bound to work....)

The painful part for me is that my USC Trojans could have thrashed that OSU team. **** those bRuins.

Gentlemen:

As a FLORIDA STATE graduate - my season was a complete disaster with the Gators win - ugh. The only high point was beating UCLA in the Emerald Bowl - "Remember: Excited Noles like Emerald Nuts"

It is going to be a long year in FLA. Glad I live in Washington.

Yeah, Brad. It's a REAL shame about about those two NY teams, a REAL shame.:p :D :p :D :p

Fred

Yeah, Brad. It's a REAL shame about about those two NY teams, a REAL shame.

Fred,

At least we have two of everything :) . Let's see what happened to your other baseball team, the Boston Braves? Oh, yeah, I forgot, that's right, they're the Atlanta Braves.

Don't remember seeing the BoSox in the playoffs last year. However, I did see the Mets and Yankees.

Well, at least the Bruins are still hanging around but, of course, behind the Rangers and the Devils.

Well, there's the Patriots. Yeah, well, good luck with the Chargers

Brad, you New Yorkers need two of everything because of your over inflated egos.:D And yeah, the Yankees did a fine job in the playoffs.:p I won't comment on the Mets as I was actually pulling for them to win. Oh, how come so many teams you call your own play in NJ, maybe the air is fresher over there, is that gas everyone smelled yesterday or did Steinbrenner have bean burritos for lunch again?

Calm down, Brad, they're only games, now toy soldiers, that's serious!;)

Fred

Mr. Neilson, thanks for the quick reply.

That serie is not only popular in China and Asia but also here in Laval:)

I had the good fortune to acquire, from dealers and on the secondary market, some old retired items and, as the new ones, they are a pure delight for the eyes.

Do you plan to reissue some figures like the Governor and HK flag, the Noon Day Gun, the marching Chinese and/or Indian constables, the mounted policeman? ... and I think that more facades will be more than welcome:rolleyes:

And, while I am in that kind of post, why not asking you if there is any chance that you revisit the Silk Road serie which was, in my opinion, a great one, if not the greatest (even if only ten items were produced. You can't imagine how much I'd like to have the diorama of the Huge Wall).

Pierre.

Bean burritos, I'm afraid and I live in this "lovely" state.

Take it away, Patriots, take it away!

...and the Expos are now in Washington:( Ron, were you behind that?:p

 The mysteries of US sport. What sport are all these teams from, Football, Baseball or Ice Hockey?

I think it's time US fans joined the rest of the world and followed a sport that has a REAL World Series competition, instead of pretend versions, like cricket  :)

REAL World Series competition? Cricket?

Are you actually trying to make me cry?

Honestly, one little mix up a few hundred years ago with a convict ship or two, and you never let us live it down.

Let me know how that works out for you Simon
