Egyptian Village diorama (1 Viewer)

[Iron Brigade]

I just completed a new diorama of the Pharaoh's hunting party passing thru a Egyptian village. I already had the Pharaoh's Hunting party sets and just very recently added K&C sets SP032, "Shop House"; SP035, "Village House"; AE032, "Wedding Couple & AE036, Wedding Guest Couple" to form a new diorama. Also, I added some sand, a palm tree & #3 misc small items. These above sets replaced #7 Conte Collectibles sets of the 480 BC Spartans Vs Persians which did not show up near as well as these K&C sets relative to the same display space.

Yes, I rather fancy Andy Neilson's Egyptian lady figures as well! My wife as you might expect is less in favor of them, ha, ha. The earlier set of the "Dancing Girls" is really something and even more less in favor with my wife!

The photos posted at the Forum had the sand brushed off of the water trough, the ones I sent you before had not. But even if you your eagle eyes were looking elsewhere all I have to say is, more power to you, I understand, ha, ha..

How do the K&C Egyptian figures compare with the Egyptians released by Delprado? Are they compatible or is the detail in the latter way off? I've had mixed experiences with Delprado figures, some of the stuff is excellent (made by K&C under license I believe) and then some are are bit 'average'. What about the Egyptians?

I only know that K&C makes "Del Prado" for I believe book clubs, stores that sell to people on holiday, etc. I think they may be a bit bigger that in size that the regular K&C figures. I have no idea about "the Egyptians". Thanks for kind comments on my newest vignette diorama!
