To try and get this thread back on track what do you hope to see in the Upcoming K & C ACW releases. The other offerings appear to be small sets that stood alone and represented no particular battle or moment in history. I have seen some pictures of them but do not own any so cannot speak for the quality. I do like some of the concepts such as passing ammunition and trying to save a comrade. But it's my opinion K & C has a hard row to hoe if it intends to convert ACW collectors. Britains has definitely jumped their stuff up a notch and is seeking constant collectors input on how to improve. The new Jackson in the Valley series is proof of that. Plus ONTC fills in gaps without even blinking an eye. Conte while not seeking input on the forums is definitely talking to someone probably at the shows. The long awaited release of the Sons of the South series will tell. The sculpting looks good from the pictures but I am kind of dubious about the flesh colors. So K & C may sell to the usual crowd and the investors but will the mainstream ACW guys flock over I guess will see. I would love to here from someone who has some of all of it K & C, Britains,Conte, ONTC, Frontline, and others. It is a good time to collect ACW but what to buy what to buy.
