It's a Joseph Stalin tank - in English that's JS in Russian IS.

Hey, if a target is moving slowly on the ground (ie: Cheap Price on Ebay) - it is begging me to GO TO GUNS! Perhaps painting some white stripes on you wings will curtail friendly fire. We will put your aircraft markings in our books for future reference.
