Martyn had mentioned a few weeks back that Lynn still had a few of these and so I ordered one. I received it today and it's chock full of information. For example, it lists many Trophy ranges, with photos of several of the sets.

I also discovered that Little Legion at one time made ACW sets. They look like nice sets, presumably unavailable. There is also a photo of the Battle of Britain set that Louis had mentioned. Quite nice.

The catalogue, including shipping to the US, was only 10 Pounds, a steal in my view.

Highly recommended to glossy fans.

It is a great reference book! i have one thats is from when Imperial was still producing the heirloom sets with the price lists There were some amazing things being made in those days!

Dave

Dave,

Might be the same one. It's got seven pages of Imperial sets.

Besides Trophy, Imperial and Little Legion, it also lists ANI, Tommy Atkins, Alexander's Toy Soldiers, Ballentynes, Charles Biggs, Britains, Dorset, Ducal, Errol John, Fusilier, Heco, Hocker, JG, Kingcast, Lancer, Marlborough, MKL Models, Scale Link, Stadden, S & S Miniatures, Toy Army Workshop and Valiant Miniatures.

Brad,

Could you scan and e-mail me the pages with Heco Tinplate Models when you get the chance?:smile2:

Louis,

Left it in the office but I'll do it tomorrow. It's like a two page listing.

Brad,

Does your copy have an edition number/date of print ?

My copy has a sky blue background on the covers with 108 pages.

The Heco section is just 2 pages.

Thanks, Raymond.:)

There is only that edition Raymond:salute::

At that price every home should have one, and before you ask I'm not on commission:tongue:^&grin^&grin

Hi Martyn,

Thanks very much for answering my question.

I should have sent my question to you in the first place.

No, I shall not ask. I know when to hold my tongue.:p^&grin:tongue:

This catalogue is a gloss collector's delight.

Cheers, Raymond.:)
