Anyone know who sells victory rings (gun tube kill rings in white), decals for 88s or Pak 38s?

I know Verlinden products used to sell them for 1/35th scale but, I know as I have some that they are compatible with other scales. or, buy a kit with them in and scan them into your computer and create your own decal paper is next to nothing in cost and you have them for many more projects down the line. I find this easier and less time consuming than painting them by hand

i found a decal sheet with white, yellow, and red rings made by Calibre 35 at Great Models Web selling for $5.07.
