How about just rotating the figures on display?
Thin out the figures of vehicles and store them, then in 6 months, or whenever, swap them around to create slightly different scenes using the same backdrops. Keeps it fresh and fun.

Thanks Guy and UKSubs. I have a number of displays like that of K&C, so if everyone can bear with my bad lighting/photography skills.

I got the Bailey Bridge from the Old Toy Soldier Home outside San Diego. It really is great (keep meaning to get a mat with a river for it to cross). I would caution the outer walkways are fragile, but will still recommend it.

Don't sell any of your MG figures , the demand for them is not high at the moment. Love your bailey bridge. Where did you find it ? would love to have one of those .

I would love to do rotating displays. But right now my biggest issue is storage. Not so much of the figures, but of the boxes. I live in a loft/apartment, and I've got so many K&C boxes that I'm renting storage space. That's a good short term solution, but in the long term it's too expensive.

I might be better off taking the hit on selling some (not all!) of my MG soldiers etc. than continuing to pay for storage space.

All of this I recognize, is a sign I bought way too many Toy Soldiers

If boxes are not that important to you you could always bin them. I know people think they need them for resale purposes but, I know lots of people who don't care about the boxes and just want to enjoy the figures etc while they can rather than concerning themselves about what happens down the road. Just a thought than selling stuff you obviously like and, the monety saved from storage means you can buy more!!!
